Catch Fairy's In A Jar - Awaken Your Child's Wonder While Being Safe This Halloween - DIY

Awaken Your Child's Wonder While Being Safe This Halloween

 Fairy's In A Jar

1. For this project you will need the following:

Clear jar with a lid, such as a Mason jar
Glow sticks of various colors
Glitter
Rubber gloves
Scissors

2. Carefully hold a glow stick over the open jar and snip one end off the stick. Carefully pour all of the contents into the jar.

3. Consider adding more than one stick into each jar. Adding 2-3 sticks into a jar will amplify the glow and the color.
You can add various glow stick colors into the jar to mix a new color. By adding a red and blue glow stick, you will make a purple glow. A green and blue glow stick will make a teal color.

4. Replace the lid and make sure it seals tightly.

5. Make the "fairies" appear by shaking the jar. Be sure the glow stick material coats the inside of the jar.

The light from the glow sticks lasts 2-3 hours. When the glow becomes dim, simply cut the end off another glow stick and add the contents to the jar
