Did you know that April 22nd marks the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day?  As we adapt to the restrictions of social distancing, one thing we can celebrate is our shrinking carbon footprint. Maybe on Beth's next build, she would consider offsite construction to build a home.

The site work is done while the home is being built in a controlled factory environment. In my experience, the result is a more predictable / shorter build cycle with fewer unexpected costs.

This also soothes some of those emotional ups and downs of the entire home building process.
