Celebrating 50 Years of Earth Day!

Did you know that April 22nd marks the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day?  As we adapt to the restrictions of social distancing, one thing we can celebrate is our shrinking carbon footprint. During this newfound journey, we are here to serve our clients today and tomorrow building energy-efficient homes designed to soak in natural light and ventilation. Modular construction maximizes the use of building materials and utilizes waste to energy practices which means far less waste in landfills.  A tighter building envelope combined with the insulation package we include in each home means greater energy efficiency and savings for the homeowner. Our homes are better for the families living in them and for our environment. What are some easy ways to reduce that carbon footprint even more?  Continue to reduce and consolidate trips to the store. Building Homes Where Life Happens

Feel at Home with CT Valley Homes

Having been in business for almost 40 years, we're proud to be one of the longest-standing members of the Connecticut Better Business Bureau.  Our goal at Connecticut Valley Homes is to make the customer feel at home, feel like they're part of our family, and to leave here truly excited about building their home.

There's a lot of care and thought put into the base packaging of each home that we build.

We are proud to do the work we do, designing and building homes where life happens.  In every home, we offer double-hung, double tilt windows, all Kohler fixtures, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplashes, and so much more, with someone helping you each step of the way. You don’t have to drive from showroom to showroom, picking out your selections. We welcome all our clients to our newly remodeled Design Center for a one-on-one private appointment.

For the convenience of our customers, we have two locations where you can experience what Connecticut Valley Homes has to offer – East Lyme, Connecticut, and Westerly, Rhode Island.

With the experience of building more than 1,600 homes, our team understands how to do both town and coastal builds, with unique floor plans for you to choose from. And if you want to bring us a plan that you or an architect have designed, we have a refined process to make the experience enjoyable for you.

Our goal is to make it easy and as fun as possible, from the moment you walk through our door to the time you move into your home.

At Connecticut Valley Homes We don't build houses; we build homes for you to live in and love.
